The Women that took care of me when I️ went there was WONDERFUL. Is their receptionist that don’t know how to speak when you call trying to get more information. Mind you this would be my FIRST time dealing with passport on my own you would’ve think their receptionist would be considerate about my million and one questions but she was rude and disrespectful.
Those ladies were great to me , I was in and out .thank you.
Customer Service was very good, I can not complain. I had done my passport here when they first open back in 2011. The ladies were a pleasure to deal with.
