How dare management of this establishment read all of these derogatory comments and still keep this person employed here! I mean i am appalled! Every single comment is about the receptionist with the nasty attitude!!
I'm never inclined to believe every negative review that I come across. But sadly, I am inclined to agree with the review regarding reception. The security guard and screening process was pleasant and courteous. The receptionist was annoyed at the start of business! She didn't want to assert questions AT THE INFORMATION DESK!!! My 19 year old step daughter had never had any engagement with the IRS before, so there were things she didn't know or understand. The clerk at the front desk asked her for her name and when she spelled it wrong, my daughter corrected it ... Politely... And she was angry that she corrected the spelling of her name. Then she told her she was busy, and to have a seat, and she will get to her when she can. I doubt very much she will "get to her today" given she doesn't even have her name correct. I am appalled at the way the clerk waved my daughter away as if she was a piece of meaningless lint. There is no excuse for this kind of rude behavior, especially from an adult who should be making an example to the adolescent. Everyone has a bad day, but as the "face" of the agency, you have to do better.
It is sad how rude the representatives are when calling in regards to your account you could be the nicest person and they are just RUDE!. You would think dealing with our tax dollars they would be more respectful.
I got quick and satisfactory service. They answered all my questions and reviewed my application for ITIN and accepted it.
