Malcolm has been preparing my taxes for over 5 years, and every thing has been great. I had some issue with some tax years, and Malcolm made sure we got the help I needed. I had use a tax advorcate for my tax problems, after two to three weeks my tax problem was resolved. The tax advocate. It is our goal at Bestway to not only meet but exceed all of our clients expectations and goals. As with all relationships there is a mutual partnership that exists where both parties must do their part to get the desired results. We only can perform Accounting and other services to the extent that our customers work with us by giving the information we need in a timely manner. We tried on several occasions to get documents from you such as bank statements, etc.. but they were not sent in when requested. I think it is unfair to hold our firm responsible for events and actions outside of our control. It is also unfortunate that you and your firm have a significant tax liability with IRS, but I believe that all involved in this process can attest to the fact that we did all we could and even beyond to insure that your situation would not have got to the extent that it has. I do believe that we have done everything over the past 2 - 3 years to make this relationship work with you and your firm but unfortunately it was not enough to satisfy you and again for that we are sorry.
