Not a pleasant experience. Police officer in the front of the office is very nice, though! They’re APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Went to this office during a rainstorm, as soon as we signed in we were sent down to the lobby for shelter. Although it took about 15 minutes the staff was apologetic and they opened up again as soon as it was clear to do so. They took into account who was there first and made sure to move productively. When our number was called we got smooth and quick service and accomplished what we were there for. All around pleasant staff, from security to the front desk clerk to who served us.
Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they took care of me and answered my questions nicely.
went this morning to figure out where my tax renturn from 2015 is, i have had several phone conversations and sending in documents they require and have heard bothing back for 7 months. so i decided to go to a local office. tje wait was expected but when i got back there the woman said she didnt know that a tax advocate would call me in 10 days. WHAT?!! 1st the last time i was there they said someone was going to be calling me and nothing. 2nd, i was taught in customer service if you dont have the answer YOU go get the answer. i am a taxpaying citizens who has benn unforunate enough to get caught in tje cross fire of a steall federal money employer, and for there to be no answer just soneone will call me. i have all my proof. HOW AM I GOING TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THE IRS NEGLIGENCE. had the roles been reverse i would have interest fees and penalties. I have sent in the documents in oct 2016. and now all this women can say is someone will contact me in 10 days. well if they dont call me i will be back, and i wont be leaving without an answer.
It seems like we owe the employees!!!! The woman at room 8 she was too impolite
