Arrived at IRS office on Peachtree St, only to find out there's no walk-ins, I needed to schedule an appointment, there were 50 empty chairs and 2 people waiting... and I asked why do I need an appointment, there's no one here!? The girl kept stating "Those are the rules, the rules are the rules" I called the number to schedule an appointment at 12 noon, the girl comes on 15 minutes later and says omg we do have an opening at 12:30, I said of course you do, I'm already here... Government efficiency at it's best
