Long story short, with all the negativity we are bombarded with today, it is nice to see how the system ought to work and does work in Fulton County.
Even though I didn't have an appointment the receptionist there was also very friendly and called Ms Thomas to help me.
Ms Thomas was exceptional and made sure all my paperwork was in order and explained the whole process in detail to my wife and I including costs and how the different plans worked.
was on hold for more than an hour. no one answered. i gave up. was calling because I haven't received a bill and don't want my water cut off at my secondary home at 5125 Harbou r Ridge Drive Alpharetta 30005. I am sure I will be punished for my complaint.
