There was no "Let's sit down and figure out what happened". She is unprofessional and do not waste your time and hard earned money using her services. If I could give her a rating of a negative 10 I would.

I've had by far the worse experience dealing with Regina Page CPA. For years I used H&R Block to file my taxes however, in 2014 I chose to support a black owned business instead of a tax preparer chain. I was referred to Regina by a family member. At first she was too good to be true with her affordable prices. Well you get what you pay for. For the first time ever my husband and I owed a significant amount of money to the IRS and I thought this was odd with him still being a student, us having a new dependent and a household making less than $70,000. I used her for 2 years and those are 2 years I regret. The 2nd year I had to have amended by H&R Block and received over $900 dollars extra after Regina failed to factor my house interest into my taxes. The second year I submitted my tax info organized and meticulously labeled a month and a half before the deadline. That year she had taken on way more clients than she could ever manage and had to file for an extension. She is sloppy and it is virtually impossible to get in contact with when you have questions. In 2017 I received a letter from the State IRS stating that I somehow owed taxes and the interest was accruing. I immediately emailed her regarding the matter and this was the exact response I received:
