jamie walzer was a joy to work with. she was fair, firm and knowledgeable. she helped us know what to do to get our house ready. she knew how to get the word out on our home and it definitely paid off – we received at least three offers, two of which were over our asking price! jamie definitely knew our market and what our house would bring to the table. my only warning – make sure you are ready to move quick! our first over-asking-offer came in the day after we listed! i will definitely work with jamie and nest for our next purchase.
