When I was looking to buy my first condo, I needed help with an inspection.. Knowing Ryan was a realtor and a fellow cyclist, I gave him a call for some advice. He was very quick to respond with names of people he's used and I got the inspection and bought the condo! Ryan even gave me a nifty little bottle opener as a new homeowner gift.. even though I didn't even use a realtor to buy my condo. But I assure you, when I go to sell it, he'll be the first person I call! And it's walking distance from the Brick Store Pub, what could be a better selling point? Perhaps the great route out to Stone Mountain, which I just rode this past Sunday. It's a perfect little "pedalhome!"
Ryan took the time to put me in touch with an out-of-state realtor (I had taken a job out-of-state) and followed up with me to make sure I was comfortable with his suggestion.
