Unfortunately, I am here to report that I have had a horrific experience with Stephanie Nelson on the transaction of my house from BHHG and Homebridge Financial (Lois Eaddy). After 75 days of trying to close the transaction on my house, the buyer backed out due to not having enough funds for a deposit. The right thing to do should have been to let me know that she couldn't afford to buy the house so I could have put it back on the market, but instead both kept dragging it out and telling us that everything was okay. Once the first closing date was extended I was convinced something was up. Then they asked for a 2nd extension! This has cost me thousands of dollars AND the house is back on the market. Thank you to both of them!
