Beware of Brian Gray property manager. To homeowners he will upkeep your property. LIME KEY Inc send their property management to say there is nothing wrong with the property, and not professional. They make you pay for all reapirs. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THESE PEOPLE UNTIL A COMPLETE WALKTHROUGH IS DONE. AND DEMAND THE PROPERTY MANAGER HAS THE WALK THROUGH LIST IN THEIR HAND AS THE WALK THROUGH IS DONE. I know for a fact Brian Gray will tell you anything and everything to collect your money and turn around and not keep his word. They have you sign a lease to turn around to evict you because they don't fix septic and plumbing issues. Also check your air filters. They don't give you information you ask for and had me and my children living with no air filter for almost 2 months. BEWARE THEY DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT FIX ISSUES AND THEN EVICT YOU AND KEEP YOUR SECURITY DEPOSITS. THEY DID IT TO THE TENANTS BEFORE ME ALSO! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! THEY ALSO FALSELY ADVERTISE THEIR PROPERTIES.
