Called in to ask if a patrol car can go by Rental property and see what's going on. My lawn care provider says that some people is basically sitting outside my property trashing it and he can't properly do his job without feeling good uneasy. I called this Department and talked to an Officer Jenkins and he says that they can't do anything unless I'm there. I do not reside in GA I reside in Houston Tx and that is a vacant rental property that is sealed up. I told him I'm not worried about them getting in I'm just worried they are trespassing and trashing the area. This guy says there is nothing they can do unless I'm at the residence, I can't wait to make a formal complaint this is ridiculous.
They NEVER answer their door or the phone, music blasting! Nobody is ever at the front desk to let you in. I've been trying to file a police report for months and nobody is EVER there! Terrible
I just know that the officers dont take the community 911 calls seriously
I thought everyone was really nice, especially the people who work over night. They went out of their way to make me feel special.
I'd give ZERO stars if I could but you have to give at least 1 to review. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE ever answers the phone at Zone 1. Most of the time it rings straight to a busy signal. They can't even be asked to put a voicemail on the line. I seriously hope they aren't getting any taxpayer money for this location because it'd be put to better use being shoved up a cat's behind. The biggest issue I have (other than not being able to rely on a basic public service) is that it forces residents of this zone to have to call and tie up 911 which could prevent someone in serious need from getting through. Zone 1...step up your game!
