UA Tara is reminiscent of the theaters of old......cozy, only a couple screens, dark, but still full of life. The seating area in the front is a nice touch while looking at the vintage pictures all around the lobby. It can get a little toasty if there are a lot of people but it's typically not THAT crowded on a regular day. If you are looking for more "mainstream" movies, you probably won't find them here but if you like a good indie, vintage, etc type then this is the place. Great date night spot also!
I love this theater. Going to a movie here feels like visiting a good friend, and they select great films that cater to a more mature crowd.
Small but lovely theater that shows the great films that you won't find in the larger multiplexes. It has a classic layout with a flatter seating area but it provides a great experience!
