This has got to be THE SLOWEST pizza parlor in Atlanta!! I ordered a large Greek salad with no feta and I heard the girl tell them it wasn't supposed to have feta! I get the salad... pieces of feta, VISIBLE!! I have a feta allergy and you scrape off the feta instead of remaking it, WTF?! Me and my friend are STILL waiting on our slices of chicken pizza 35 minutes later!!!!!!! Yes, 35 minutes later, and this was a LAST ditch effort because Fellinis, Gino's and mellow mushroom was closed! I will NEVER come here again! I don't understand why it has 4.9 stars!!!
If you're looking for good pizza or customer service, this is absolutely not the place. After a botched order and a phone call to the restaurant that resulted in the cook denying he ever cooked anything and the manager, Tyrone, refusing to refund the food I've decided to shoot myself in the knee before ever ordering food from Rocco's again. The person that hired Tyrone to manage this restaurant may actually be trying to destroy this business on purpose. The food that did arrive was cold and the box stunk of marijuana. I suppose if you're a drunk teenager with lack of taste or concern for time then this would be an acceptable place to eat, or work. Otherwise do yourself a favor and get Felinnis.
Come here frequently because I live around the corner. The pizza is alright, but I really continued to come because I felt that the ownership employed the local community and respected the Atlanta community at large. There was a woman with a child that worked there and I really enjoyed interacting with the both of them. I loved singing songs and practicing the alphabet with the girl while waiting for my order. Apparently, her mother was fired and ever since I have returned the order has taken longer and longer and the pizza is honestly not worth the wait if the atmosphere isn't enjoyable while waiting. Writing this comment as I wait, I called in my order and they said 15 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes after that call and I'm still waiting another 15 minutes and counting.
I got 2 slices which were pretty big but the pizza did not seem to be fresh. The slices appeared to be old slices that were reheated with cheese added on top. The pizza tasted very bland. As a former NY I was not impressed.
My husband ordered off grub hub. We got the 1 medium 2 topping pizza with a salad and dessert on 1/1/17 @ 7:09 pm. We got our order around 8:30-8:45. When we got it the pizza was super cold and overlooked, our bread knots were cold, and they gave me the wrong dressing for my salad. So we called and spoke to some guy, who said they would make our order over and redeliver our meal. We wait and wait till around 9:45 and hadn't heard anything. So we called back and spoke to some lady. She said they don't do make overs. After talking to her for sometime explaining what happened, she said she have them redo our meal. We waited until 10:30pm to see when our meal would get here they said the guy was here. We checked out side and waited no one showed. So we called back and Tyrone said that they where just making it and it be another 20 minutes. It is now 10:45 and no pizza not bread. I can say we will never ever order here again.
