1. Low food quality standards that dont match the price point.
Fast delivery and high quality sushi. There menu is expensive, no doubt, but you always get what you pay for, especially when it comes to sushi. I'll gladly pay these menu prices for the quality food that I am consistently served.
8. Prices reflect that of a quality Japanese restaurant but the quality of food AND service is that of a quick service Chinese Panda Express.
I ask that you support and spend your money with quality restaurantuers and not the disrespectful penny pinchers that run this place. I myself will never return to this abysmal restaurant but I will do my best to see that the necessary changes are made for the better.
The only good thing at this place is food but it is nothing out of this world, the iced unsweetened tea tastes like tap water and the service is very poor. If you want something from this place you better order to go.
7. Restaurant definitely needs to be maintained better. Maybe they send all of the money back to Japan and thats why the restaurant is in such poor shape.
8. Who wants to be greeted by a pimple faced adult woman in her 30s with an apparent fungal infection let alone have her handling your food.

I was so excited to get my Saturday started becuse I had such a strong craving for hibachi and sushi. I've passed this place a million times and always said I would stop and see what it's all about so I did, unfortunately!!!!! The hibachi was such a joke!!! The chicken, the zucchini, the plain white rice.. and the drowned it in teriyaki sauce. No seasoning, no taste, no color. They couldn't remove it from my ticket so I agreed to pay 50%. On the other hand the sushi was amazing! Fried Philadelphia Roll was a hit. I've never had fried sushi and was very pleased. So if you want sushi, this is a good choice but definitely not a good choice for hibachi.
We ordered a few different rolls which were quite good. The one thing keeping it from 5 stars was the toro sashimi had an oddly intense fishy taste, unlike toro we've had anywhere else, plus the texture wasn't as smooth as we are used to. All in all id certainly go back, but will probably avoid sashimi and stick with the rolls.
