Screw this location
Usually moderately quick response to online orders but today's order was not at all "freaky fast". I had to call to find out if tge order was placed 45 minutes after I submitted online and was told "the driver just left with a lot if orders". About 20 more minutes passed and I call again to hear that "the driver tried to deliver but you didn't answer your phone"...my phone never rang. I asked that they make the delivery again but after nearly 1 more hour I called to hear that "I'm sorry we can't get your sandwich there as fast as you'd like"...really?! 2 hours to deliver a sandwich less than 1 mile away? Come up with another excuse. How about the one to explain why you lost a regular customer.
As I was getting in the car, the young lady of the group proceeded to make crude and racial remarks to me as she walked away. She was in full work uniform (representing your company), along with the 3 guys she was with.
I was stopping by the Dunkin Donuts next to this location, and a group of your employees were standing off to the side by my car smoking.
Is the only reason why JJ is so popular.
I called in and asked to speak with the manager, was told "this is the manager", and told him what had happened. He then said, "oh let me get the manager" and put me on hold. After a few minutes he came back and said "I let the manager know, but since she was not on the clock..." I just responded that it's up to your discretion how you want to handle this, but I figured you'd like to know how your employees are treating complete strangers.
Bread is always hard on the ends! They need to bake fresh bread continuously!

Bread was tough and no meat on the sandwich. I asked for pickles and was told they only had ones so I said ok and still didn't get one. Food was definitely not worth what we paid. Will not be going back.
No deliveries .... Don't have a driver... Really?
