REAL Italian Restaurant! Great food, generous portions. Caring staff. Reasonable prices. I always enjoy.
Gluten- free options were pretty minimal at best. I get that an Italian restaurant isn't typically 1st choice for those who can't eat gluten but you could easily offer a few gluten free pasta options.
Excellent service and food. I was not familiar with the wine list this restaurant has and I asked the manager if I could do some wine tasting of 3 red wine they had, the manager said "yes,of course". Immediately, I had a waitress with three real wine glasses with the 3 different wines I asked to taste. Wonderful attention to me! Very professional courteous waitress. I got to taste 3 different wines and I knew what I wanted. The 3 wines were superb. I purchased a bottle of wine and we drank the entire bottle. I recommend this beautiful place 100%. I am a faithful client to this place.
Instead what I got was shrimp scampi with way too much butter and garlic atop a minimal (at best) amount of veggies. Shrimp were good but the food overall could've better.
7 of us called ahead to reserve a table for a dinner meeting; we should have asked for a table inside the main part of the restaurant rather than the porch - it was too loud to hear each other over the fans and two groups of 20. Otherwise, the food was so delicious!! Would definitely recommend.
Customer service was very good. My husband and I even tipped our waitress $20 on a $100 tab (2app, 2 entrees, 1 dessert, 3 imported beers, 1 cocktail). Family owned restaurant. Casual dress is acceptable. I like the old world brick interior... but wasn't a fan of the weird green high booths... guess we should have picked a table. The food was decent and had very good desserts. My husband felt the same... he had been referred by a friend. Unfortunately, he expected more out of the food and restaurant as a whole. We will go back and try the pizza. It was a good place to try... just wouldn't be one of our favorites.
