I will never order from this location again. I just moved to the area, I saw the reviews, but I wanted to give them the same chance that I'm giving all of the businesses around me. Unfortunately, this location is just as bad as these reviews describe it. When you place your order you are given a 30-40 minute wait time. That is not bad! However, this wait time will come and go and it is only when you call to check on your order that it is explained that the wait time for this particular location is actually 1.5- 2 hours. It took me almost 3 hours to get my pizza. I went ahead and put my oven after I called the store to check on my pizza. Even though the employee promised my pizza left the store 10 minutes prior to my call, it still did not arrive for another 40 minutes. It was cold as ice when it arrived and had to be heated. This was a truly horrible experience. I love Papa Johns but I will limit myself to ordering it when I'm outside of my area or at work.
If I could I would put 0 stars. Worst delivery experience ever. I ordered my pizza and wings at 11:09pm and I got an email saying that it would arrive in 30 to 40 mins. At 11:54pm I called to see what was the hold up and the young lady said my pizza was getting ready to go out. Okay no biggie. Well I stay a mile from the store and by 12:30am my food still hadn't made it. I tried calling again and they weren't answering the phones now. So I called customer service to see if they could help. They called the store and the man claimed that someone had picked up for him and put him on hold. Which I know is bullshit. They didn't answer the phone because we called from another phone and they still didn't answer. He tells me that the store isn't allowed to close unless they cancel out the remaining orders or finish delivering them. By 1 am we have completely given up and our kids have eaten spaghetti (which they were furious about) and went to bed. But me (9 months pregnant) and dad are still hungry. So we decide to get checkers instead. It's about 1:45am now and dad is getting dressed and our door bell rings!! 3 hours! No one tried to call us and let us know what was going on with our pizza! Nothing.
I order pizza several times a month during my busy seasons. Pizza here is OK, but what's worse is the customer service! I've had several issues ordering pizza online or phone, even with corporate customer service on the phone contacting the cascade store. Then I end up getting the wrong pizza, or not prepared as ordered, or undercooked/doughy, then being told it's a courtesy to fix their mistake. I have no problem with a mistake just own up to it and correct it; However, when asked to correct it I get argued with unacceptable! Tsk tsk tsk.... the rudest is the oldest lady (I won't say her name), and pleasantly the younger employees make it happen here. Also they are only ones in my area that deliver here so that's why I'm "forced" to use this one.... when I lived in Atlantic station the Northside Dr location was ALWAYS spot on... in good service and good food!!

Do not order from here. Ordered a pizza at 10:30 and 2 hours later they cancelled it without telling me. No one answered the phone. 0/10 Dont waste your time with them
