Out of control prosecutor, no pretrial diversion program for first time offenders, and crippling fines for municipal ordinance violations. It's a shame that the citizens of Sandy Springs tolerate the way this Court is conducted. and it's a shame the bar association hasn't investigated all the attorneys involved. And news flash!!! Giving someone over $2,000.00 in fines for traffic violations, then suspending their driver's license (preventing their means to work and often ending in termination) is STUPID. IT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF FINES WHEN TAKING AWAY THEIR ABILITY TO PAY. IT SEEMS AS THOUGH SANDY SPRINGS JUST WANTS TO LOCK UP PEOPLE FOR MINOR CRIMES.
Extremely Rude Office Staff Members! Especially behind the counter and the guard at the door has no clue or sense of direction to refer guest too but is clearly enjoying his chair and headphones.... Even if you are making a payment which they will gladly take your money good luck getting directions or guidance cause after payment they clearly don’t want to assist you.
