Nothing has changed.
Absolutely the WORST customer service! I have been there on multiple occasions to file suits and the people who work there act like they are doing YOU a favor by doing THEIR job! I have stood at a customer service window for more than 20 minutes while 3 employees chatted at one other employees computer and another employee at another window never even looked up to see me standing there, when I was acknowledged and asked to walk up to the window I was told they just closed and needed to go upstairs! Received the same horrible service when I went "upstairs" This place is a disgrace!!!

I also have to add a year later into e-filing and we CONSTANTLY get our e-files rejected for literally no reason. I will e-mail the staff and essentially get a "my bad" and they will then turn around and accept the filing. It seems to me there is little to no training because one clerk will think a document is ok, and another won't. There is zero consistency between the staff. Nobody seems to know what's actually correct. It's very frustrating I really wish they would get on the same page over there.

Its ridiculous. You all need to do better and stop treating everyone as though they are below you.
FILING THE RIGHT PAPERS PER ACTION HAS BEEN FAULTY. SUBMITTING A WRIT WITHOUT ASKING FOR MILITARY STATUS WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. NOT SHOWING WHY A CASE IS STILL PENDING IS A CAUSE FOR CONCERN LEADING TO OTHER FILINGS AND CONFUSING THE SYSTEM. POOR INSTRUCTION LEADING TO FRAUD.
I am a business who frequently uses the magistrate court for Eviction services. Calling the office is a dead end. They are always rude, snarky and completely unfriendly. UNPROFESSIONAL.... in or out of their office.
The is the worst court system I have dealt with. Its embarassing to say the least. No customer service. No pride in being present at work. The workers seem very unhappy with their jobs and lack professionalism. I should not say this, but I guess thats why they are employed there.
I have worked at various firms for the last 6 years. Lots of filing goes through Fulton County. They easily have the worst staff known to local government and have since I started in this business in 2010. They lose important documents and even checks ALL the time. The Efiling has helped cut down on the loss of most documents but getting everyone on the same page during that transition was a mess. Paying $7 just to file a single piece of paper you can imagine adds up tremendously though for the required efiling.
