Went there this morning. It is the land of 1/2's . Half of the people I interfaced with were rude, the other 1/2 were polite and helpful. A strange environment. Could have been worse!
If you can get a hold of someone through phone, most of people are pretty nice. Remember they are dealing with all kinds of people every day and that's a tough things to do. Problem is I can't get through the phone. As of right now I've been on hold waiting for an operator, you guessed it. 48 min and counting.
This time I decided to keep holding till their phone kicks me out.
The guards are so stuff in their uniforms and they don't assist you just demands to get half naked. 2 nd floor so so slow and not informative at all the worse. DeKalb much better and faster service.
Ms. L. Echols assisted me a few weeks ago. It happened that I left some necessary paperwork at home and had to return in order to receive assistance. I signed in and rang the bell as instructed, and again, Ms. L. Echols came out to assist me. She was pleasant, professional, thorough and kind with her interactions, again. Her patience and listening skills were on point and greatly appreciated. Often, when something is wrong, it is mentioned, so I did not want to miss this opportunity to give a shout out and big "Thanks" to Ms. Echols. I hope that she is rewarded for doing a great job!! Kudos to you and thank you again for your help.
for phone calls these people arnt the nicest, but in person the people who work here were fairly nice!
