Manager Jessica was very rude, unwelcoming and down right unhelpful. I will no longer be a patron here. The selection is amazing but employees terrible. I will be telling all my associated to never shop here
Went in looking for Halloween costume items, chunky clerk was anything but helpful. She acted as though I was speaking Greek.
Great store but the fat white store clerk is very rude and disrespectful. I come to this store a lot so I'm use to coming in at a Certain time. He decided to close the store an hour early instead of at its normal time which is 3. I asked him why he was closing early and he said that's the normal time. I come a lot and majority of this time it be after 2:30 so I knew he was lying. When I asked him about it he got mad and told me to leave smh I did nothing wrong but I'm being put out because he was closing a whole hour early. Terrible treatment and customer service
Went to get a detox for a drug test. After taking and not passing it, I came to realize the product was manufactured in 2013.. we are now in 2017. I was told by the manufacturer that it should've been taken off the shelf. And this happened twice with two different products. Go to Starship
I’m glad to have discovered a shop close by that consistently has Swiss Navy in stock. The staff is friendly once you soften them up. Either my expectations of people that shop there is off or they shouldn’t assume every customer is a pain in the ass. I’m just buying a little lube. And am I asking too much that they should just assume I’m a discount card member? Start with “Let me check to see if you have any discounts available. What’s your phone number? Oh you don’t have one, let me sign you up for next time.” See, it’s not that painful.
