Came in late last night looking for a couple of dresses and semiformal outfits for my fiancee. Was blown away by the customer service provided by Richard and Greg. Great service, great product, love that BR is so military friendly. Thanks to Richard and Greg for taking such time and care with us.
Very aggressive and unfriendly . Lady made unnecessary remarks because I asked to used the restroom . She then followed me around the store like a criminal. Don't recommend shop at different location .
Banana Republic is one of the few retailers that still provide great customer service whether it's this store, Marietta, Vinings or Lenox everyone is friendly, knowledgable and always willing to track down an item. And there are 15% off regular priced items for the educators, students and military personnel discounts!
This is one of the best retail stores I've visited in years.
The customer service is top notch, even though they were extremely busy while I was there every employee I interacted with was genuinely nice and more than willing to help track down a size or make suggestions. I'll definitely be back!
