Love the merchandise and clothes. Check out at register is horrendous... it takes too long. Makes me not want to shop here :(
I always like shopping at Ross. I always find something to buy lol.
Went on lunch break, long checkout line and 2 cashiers. Stood in line 20 minutes and ask for the manager. 2 cashiers were in line making a purchase. One of the cashiers behind the jewelry counter finally came over to help. I told the manager that to wait like this is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. His response was "well she is at a register now". I said yes because I asked to get a manager to the front.. Please tell your cashiers to stay off of their cellphone and assist with the checkout. I shop there often, however it will be awhile before I go back.
I've tried several times to shop here. I love Ross and always find great deals. However, the past 4 times I've been in this one I've walked around shopping for an hour at least an hour. Decided what to purchase, and then walk to the front of the store to see the ridiculous line that doesn't hardly move. It's so frustrating that I've put my things on the closest rack and walked out. I'm not doing it again, I'll drive further to a different one. I don't care to wait in a half hour line to spend my money. At first I thought it was just a certain day, or even time of day. Since this one is close to my house I made several attempts only to get more frustrated. Disappointing.
My only concern was at the checkout. The cashier had completed the transaction with the customer at her counter. And while that customer was putting away her money and wallet, the cashier was calling for the next in line which was me. As a courtesy, I was waiting for the previous customer to finish with what she was doing. The cashier again called for the next in line. I just thought it was rude and inconsiderate to do that.
I love Ross their clothes are very affordable. They just need to be nicer to their customers THANKS!!
