A HOT mess. And OMG can someone please tell their "security" to chill.

NOR REALLY MY FAVORITE because this place has very bad care about the restrooms. They don't even clean the mess people leave . They don't show new deals on the front. The Cashiers are pretty welcoming when some one comes in. They need more work.
If you are looking for good clothes at affordable prices you will always receive friendly! Although in the farewell are very serious is good store!
We were visiting from Florida for the day, we decided to stop at this store since I'm familiar with DD's from Orlando. Customer service: Questionable????? Bathroom DOESN'T WORK, at least that's what I was told. Now, either the employees have a separate bathroom or they don't want their customers using the restroom. The cashier asked me to remove the hangers for faster ck out, I explained I was busy making sure I was finishing up in sorting thru what I had, my husband had put things in my cart hoping I would like them while I went to another store to use the restroom, my teenager had also put thing that she wanted that I needed to see if they were modest for her age. The cashier turn around and I don't know if is she was asking for help or upset that I didn't remove the hangers from the items now, this was at closing time, so...the acting asst. Manager came over clapping her hands to me, in a loud tone, to "make up my mind or to leave. At that time, that was the same person who ran me over with a cart when I first came into the store, accident??when 5- 10 min before closing while i was going thru my stuff told me to do it in the front so i can be in the line, when i was in the line, and the lady in the register still had a client told to go the register, everything was rush, rush that the client before me ended up leaving her phone, and had to come back for it. When she disrespected us by clapping her hands in our face, i told her that everything i had in the counter i wanted, the only hold up was them. At this time she the only one talking and i just decided to leave my things as he had mentioned. She said would only take them 5 min. To put the merchandise back, it took us about 2 hours+ to picked thru what we wanted, shame...that because of such lack of customer service I had to leave our effort and time behind. We left in a rush, because she couldn't have the employees pass a certain hour, i was told. We ended up leaving my wallet behind. She later came out, and when she returned the wallet which i thanked her for she said, if I was being mean I would have kept it til tomorrow, and continue when my son picked it up "next time you come back be sure to come with a more positive attitude". Lady, we won't come back, we are lucky and very bless that your DD's is not the store in our backyard. I hope this incident was just out of the blue, and i was the one person who ended it up getting it from all corners in there. But if not, i feel sorry for the returning clients of that perticular business. I glad I'm going back home, i just stay in my DD'S in Florida for now. Some DD's aren't worth doing, If by the end of this week the bathroom is not fixed, then they have poor management, establishment and questionable customer service, (venting) if you read this far at least you were entertained. Lol, have a nice day!
PS: Don't 4get to use the bathroom before you go to this store.
One cashier, 9 customers in line, 1 employee on the floor. Saw 2 other employees going to the back laughing. Tried shopping until line went but the cashier was moving so slow. After 10mins. I put my items back. Slow and poor customer service. I'm a unsatisfied customer and so disappointed. I was in your store on 6/19/17 at 7:30 pm.
