I was at the Leawood Express shopping in line waiting to pay for my items, when one of the worker's approached me and starting touching on my body because I had a sticker hanging out of my shirt from a previous purchase I brought like six months ago and I forgot to tear the tag off and he thought I stole the sweater, his reason was for touching me was he was looking for a sensor because he thought the sweater that I walked in the store with on. I stole the sweater. I was publicly humiliated while in line and felt dirty from him touching all over my body.. That was such a awful day for me. He never apologized when he didn't find a sensor, he waited at the door to see if the alarm would go off. :(
I called looking for a pair of sunglasses and an associate named Brent was really sweet and double checked to make sure they had them in stock and also when I got to the store made sure they were the exact glasses that I wanted and got my transaction completed quickly as I was on my way to the airport.
All the employees and the current store manager have great people skills and customer service. I spent almost 1 hr and 10 mins here and during that time they were so helpful. Granted it may have been becuase I went durng 4-5pm. I locked myself out of my room twice and they promptly opened my door for me. Also I had two items to be checked in other stores and the staff was very helpful checking and notifying me if lenox had it.
I went to Eva to see if she could make me an evening dress last minute and she did not hesitate to tell me yes. I went in on a Friday morning and she called me Saturday morning to let me know the dress was ready. I was able to enjoy my new beautiful dress that same evening that I went to pick it up. I definitely recommend Luna's Fashion!
Historically, I've enjoyed the Express brand. It's a bit frustrating when the store's holiday hours run until 6 PM on New Year's Eve but they lock the doors at 5:45 with a gentleman standing at the door running his hand across his throat pantomiming the words "we're closed." Right out of college I worked retail. It's been a bit, but it feels laughably like the sort of activity that would not have been considered. Who knows, maybe I'm out of touch.
