The vets here are top notch. They care deeply about their patients and take great care in explaining options to pet owners. The facility is tucked away in Vinnings so finding the place will may require some second guessing on your first trip. The clinic is modern and more than adequate. Staff is great and truly in love with animals of all kinds.
- Doctors are very good
Front desk staff is always friendly. Vet assistants seemed to have a bad attitude and really didn’t seem to care if my pet was comfortable or not. Actually they didn’t seem to like animals at all which was strange. Dr. Beers was kind but another vet I saw was very cold and dismissive of my concerns. The last straw was when they refused to see my dog when he was sick and instead wanted to send him to the E.R. I called another vet office who I never saw before and they saw him same day! Needless to say I had all my records transferred to the new vet.
Cons:
A little bit out of the way, but a nice place. Great staff, very courteous and knowledgeable with an excellent bedside manner. Could have seen us a bit quicker, but other than that everything is first rate.
- You won't find "country doctor" prices here. (worth it though)
- Busy but not hard to get appointment (and minimal wait times upon arrival)
- clinic is clean and modern

My sweet dog does not do well at the vets office. She has a lot of anxiety just walking through the door. Everyone we met at the Paces Ferry Veterinary Clinic was very kind & patient with my anxious dog. We had an appointment with Dr. Beer who was absolutely fabulous! I would highly reccomend her as a veterinarian. She addressed all my questions and concerns about over vaccination. They are a little pricey but I feel like its worth it for my dog.
