What would you think of a company that had your passport and all kinds of personal information and after 2 months and not a word from them and only a week to go before your trip, they won't answer your phone calls or emails? I had to report my passport lost/stolen; drive 4 hours to quickly get a new passport; fly over to LA to apply for a visa in person; fly back again to LA to pick up the visa a week later so I could go on my trip. By trusting in this company, it cost me about $1000! THEN, this company has the nerve to email the top five individuals in my company and proceed to tell them how I had "stole" from them because I refused to pay for their services which, by the time I got my passport from them was not valid anymore as I had to report it as lost/stolen and I had left messages with this company stating that I was forced to report my passport lost/stolen! Remember they have all kinds of personal information because of their form they have you fill out so they had my employer's name, phone number and could easily obtain emails off internet! When I went directly to the visa center in LA, I did not even have to give this kind of personal information so - right there is a big red flag people! Obviously, their intent to damage me in my employers eyes was ridiculous but this is the kind of people you do not want to trust with your passport.
