This was the worst servise I've ever got. Lady Oksana was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn't try to listen about my case interrupting me with rude comments like" this is doesn't make sense". I was shocked. When I tried to readdress this conversation problem to her manager , she in her turn refused to addmit unappropriate manners of her colleague. Manager actually answered my questions after I called second time (I had to cool down my nerves first). To my surprise (or not ) her explanation was contrudicting words of her employee. On my remark that I will write negative review manager responded with " whatever " attitude! They just don't care! Neither the manager , nor her rude buddy didn't apologize. If only it would be possible to give "zero" it would be my rating. Shame.

Very convenient service, especially with what's been going on recently. Called in about getting a visa to Russia for the first time. A patient lady called Setlana (hope I'm spelling it right) walked me through the entire process, advised on the type of visa I should get, and listed everything I needed to provide. I sent in my documents, and in about 2 weeks I got my passport back, shipped to my door with a visa in it. As I said before, convenient and friendly service. Will definitely be using them in the future.
I've been using their visa service for years, for me and my family. We never had any complications. Our passports have always been returned with visas. I tend to call in a few weeks ahead to check if the rules have changed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and ready to answer my questions. The turnaround time is reasonable. Overall, I can't say a bad word about them.
