Buyer Beware!! They represented themselves as Delta Airlines, sold me an "upgradeable" ticket that is so severely restricted I couldn't get a aisle seat! For MONTHS they guaranteed (in writing) this upgrade....7 days before my flight they admitted it was not upgradeable. This is an underhanded, sneaky, unethical company that is also affiliated with Farebooth....DON'T risk it!!! :( I'm also reporting to Better Business Bureau.
