After waiting a decent amount of time for my 'main course' of a turkey burger and soup, I was excited to see what awaited. I was absolutely outraged by the miniscule puddle that was the soup. That being said, the turkeys was tender and flavorful. The hash was also quite scrumptious.
I brought my guests here and they loved it. I ordered the turkey club wrap, and it was just okay. Would come here again and order the burger.
Awesome! I had the grilled salmon, and my friend had the lasagna. They were both wonderful. The food leaves you feeling energized instead of weighed down - the way food should be. It does not come with the refined sugar or processed fats that is typical of the American diet. It is also delicious! I want to try everything on the menu.
This was after one visit so will go again to check consistency.
The food was amazing. The service was top notch, along the lines of fogo or chops which surprised me. Kinda pricey for what you're getting, but the quality calls for it. Would return and wait up to 20 minutes for a table.

Overall, I enjoyed my evening at this establishment. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the setting was atmospheric. The only downside was the lack of a perfect balance between taste and nutrition in an otherwise unique location.
Not pricey considering the ingredients. Service was great and the server was very knowledgeable. Great healthy place to eat. The restaurant itself is open kitchen and with a great "industrial hip look". Nothing is fried and everything is healthy. Great vegetarian gluten free dishes. California food.
As I walked into True Foods and graced the staff with my presence, I was immediately curious. After I was seated next to their 'fruit shelf' and handed their limited menu, I scanned it frantically searching for a appealing dish. Luckily there were many intriguing options. As an appetizer I ordered the cauliflower dish and the kale guacamole. When they arrived in decent time, I was abashed by the presentation. The guacamole was best described as 'chunky' and the cauliflower was perfectly seasoned. After having the latter I was impressed, however the guacamole was untouchably tasteless due to its lack of salt.
