Dry, unseasoned, grilled chicken for salad that I was unsatisfied with. So much so, I requested a refund. Won't eat there again.
Everything is a bit overpriced and the service was slow. Also, they didn't have any coffee despite it being on the menu, and items in the display case weren't for sale.
Overpriced but tolerable quality. Their pancake breakfast platter is the best deal.
I travel through the Atlanta airport dozens of times a year on business and as a result, end up eating quite a few meals at the airport. After giving them two chances, I've determined Baja Fresh has perhaps the worst customer service out of any of the airport eateries. The staff is not interested in listening to the customer, instead taking amongst themselves very loudly about whatever topic they apparently feel the rest of the airport should be hearing about. All this noise they create also has the added side benefit for them to not be able to hear the customers order. This second time resulted in a meal being tossed and $20 being wasted. They somehow even screwed up giving me a bottle of Coke by giving me one that was sticky all over for some reason. Now my plane is about to take off so still very hungry, I'll leave you with my quick summary: try any of their competitors in the airport and you'll end up better off.
It made me thew out 3 times hours after ate chicken Quesadilla from Baja Fresh at Concourse C. I've traveled around the world, and visited Atalanta over 30 times, I was expected "fresh" food but unfortunately it was the fist time in my life experienced a such food poisoning.
I ended up seeing my family doctor two days after to get out of stomach pain.
