They need more staff at the Atlanta store. Some waitresses do very little and others are spread super thin. Customer service at the cashier could be better. They are a little rude. The visiting manager, Robert, was very helpful. It is awesome that he was pitching in to help out the unmotivated, skeleton crew of workers. The food was tasty. And overall, we had fun.
This place was so horrible. Every employee was so rude. The lady at the check out was so stressed about everything and the line was so long. Even The lady that set up laser tag for us was rude as well. And Anytime we wanted to get a lane, play pool, or even check on the wait time the line was super long and the employee rude. When we went to get a lane for bowling the lady at the register told us that the wristbands we had ended at 4 o'clock, we had to produce a reciept saying we got them after 4... While we were at our lane we couldn't get anyone to come take orders from us so we got no food and went to the bar to get our drinks. The only nice person the entire night were the 2 ladies at the bar. Despite all the trouble we got from the employees we did still have a ton of fun playing laser tag and bowling.
Service is the worst. We have been here for over an hour and waiting on food and drinks was horrible. Drinks were not what we ordered and food was cold. I️ suppose it’s an Atlanta thing. Anywhere we went food has been cold. They definitely need more staff and better management. It’s a great place but service kills the vibe. I dont know if we will come back.......
My teenagers enjoyed the bowling, obstacle course, and laser tag. Friday evening crowd picks up about 830. Something for everyone. Bright, clean. Wait staff available. Lots of TVs. I'd enjoy more music. There was background music, but not sure where it was coming from.
Very clean place. The food was very good along with the service. There's a lot of activities with a pretty and attractive set up. I'd recommend coming here on a week night. All three of us enjoyed our evening here and we'd come again.
