Great burger and shake spot. Eat in or take out. Good service, decent wait time, plenty of seats and family friendly. Area is clean and tidy.
It's just like going back into the 1950s with it's interior (chairs, jukeboxes etc.). You can watch them cooking your handmade burgers. It has a very pleasant service. A good place to enjoy. Something very special beside the big fast food companies.
The food was okay but the service was not so great. My food was cold. The waitress was slow and forgot to bring things back that were requested. They were somewhat crowded when we arrived but it died down tremendously so there was no explanation for the lack of prompt service.
The traffic in this place is high and they are not really equipped to handle it. I waited 30 minutes to be seated, it took so long to get my food that I got everything one at a time. First I got my drink and then my fries. I had finished my fries and still had to wait a while for my chicken sandwich. When I got my chicken sandwich, it was still uncooked in the middle, proof that they use frozen meat up to cooking time. I had to order a bacon cheeseburger, that I really didn't want. The kicker to all this is the fact that they didn't have the decency not to charge me for the cheeseburger. So much for customer service and customer satisfaction.
I would probably go there again.
Great milk shakes...as good or better than Steak-n-Shake's.
Decent hamburgers and fries but a little pricey for the value.
The little jukeboxes at each table were charming.The waitress kept coming by the table to give us more nickels to feed into the jukebox which was fun. Service was good and friendly.
This place is located near all of the attractions in downtown Atlanta. I think I have only been to a Johnny Rockets location once before. The decor is cool. Reminds me of Happy Days. This is a smaller location compared to the others I have seen. If I wasn't on a fake diet that day (lol), I would have tried one of their milkshakes since I hear they are phenomenal.
