The carriers are complete idiots. They lie about no one being home and don't leave notices. How am I suppose to pick up my package??? I have cameras, you never came to the door!!!! The customer service is beyond horrible. And they wonder why people use other shipping companies!!!
This place is so boot legged and very unprofessional. I am surprised that this place is an any affiliation with the USPS. Staff were very mediocre building looked as if it has not been renovated in over 15 years. Plus there is no where to really park for customers.If you don't pay close attention you will miss where the entrance for customers is located. I can go on and on about this place. The reason why i gave it a two star is because when i reported my package missing it was delivered later on that day.
I had to give them a star just to write a review but they’re not even worth that! I called to check on a package that should’ve been to my house 11-10-17 and the person who picked up the phone ( Davis ) or what ever had the worst attitude. I spoke politely and there was nothing but attitude. He said “ I ain’t doing nothing but closing you should’ve called before 5” . I said okay I’m sorry and he/she hung the phone up with out a proper goodbye. I just want my 2 pound package that cost a lot of money. Highly upset!!!! Plus my mailman hasn’t ran in my neighborhood since last Wednesday it’s now Monday 11-13-17..... It’s sad we have to complain for people to do their jobs correctly!
The worst location and all of the staff needs to be fired. Especially Bridget McKenzie. They have no one who can deliver a 45lb bag of dog food so they've just been holding it for 5 days and no one knows when someone who works there will be able to lift 45lbs. We were hung up on and treated with disrespect. Multiple days in a row. I have filed two complaints against this location and Amazon has done the same. Pathetic.
Terrible in every way. Employees are just as bad as the building itself.
