The absolute worst customer service that I've ever experienced, and consistently! With all of the people looking for work this is the best that you can do for hiring qualified help. my last experience at this location I asked the man working behind the counter if he had a pen? He literally pointed! This has been my experience with this young man every single time! Absolutely no hello, no eye contact, and no thank you! Really?
Please don't go here! Very unprofessional environment. 0 stars for customer service. The reps are useless and don't know what they are doing.
The lady was very friendly and helpful. I think the people who had bad experiences come into the store with a negative attitude and expect the people at the counter to do everything for them. If you want a place where they package and box everything for you go to FedEx or UPS.

Customer service is AWFUL. I always leave this place in a sour mood because both regular daytime employees are SO unpleasant and unhelpful. Even customers trying to engage with them in cheerful chatter are ignored.
