Called QuickPro today to see if they were available to come and fix a lock with a broken key. They called ahead of time to let me know when they would arrive which made it easier for me to coordinate. The locksmith pro, Matt, was extremely patient, knowledgeable and customer service printed. He even offered to check the other locks to make sure they were functioning properly. I am very pleased with their service. Would recommend him and his company to others. John from Quick Pro was friendly, prompt, and had the key out in 30 seconds. What i really appreciated was his honesty. Saying from the start let's try to get the key out before we say a new ignition is needed.

The tale of two lock Smith's. Needed a broken key extracted from car ignition. First firm took 5 hours to show up, After multiple calls and reschedules. Once there, they couldn't get it out and said I needed a new ignition.
