I called J&M Locksmith on a Tuesday, and they were able to fit me in the following day. Arrived promptly at service time, worked quickly & efficiently, and was extremely pleasant to deal with from start to finish. They accept any forms of payment, which was a huge plus. I highly recommend their services.
Eugene was awesome. He arrived when he said he would arrive, his prices were fair, he was able to intelligibly explain to me what he was doing and why. He was unable to install a deadbolt on one of our office doors and instead of trying to make a quick buck, he gave us other options. We will definitely use him again.
I called them this morning concerning re pining my driver side door lock cylinder. I requested a price he couldn't give me a solid price. He stated between 135.00 to 150.00. I ask him what was thr flat price he got mad and said go some where else and hung the phone up on me. I called back to their business but from his caller ID he seen my number so he didn't answer so i called from another number he answered so i asked for the manager he said he was so i can report what have happened. "Where is the management" seriously?!!!!!!. That company is very rude. They over charge. They are not honest nor honor their word. I suggest if anyone have a problem like mines and experience got to the dealer and purchase a remote to unlock and lock their car until the money is available. It only cost 52.00 with tax. Pus order the part from the dealer at 60.00 and get your mechanic put it in. That place don't value business nir it's customers!!!!!!! Watch out for fake reviews cause he or anybody he knows can write them and post them.
This company is amazing and Ben the tech will surely get your keys programmed to your car in a jiffy. Wouldn’t go to another company besides J&M Locksmith.
