I did not know what to expect but Lisa walked me through the process step by step. I was always able to reach her with any questions I had during my two year claim. Lisa gave me her cell phone number and she always answered my calls in the evening. If I had to leave a message I got a returned call in a reasonable amount of time. I have referred her to many people and each of them have thanked me. The office staff would get me an answer to my questions in a timely matter if Lisa was in court.
