I literally did everything by myself. I've only spoken to E jones a handful of times. E jones and associates is really just her associates she fires and hires new ppl every month. So you have to re explain your case because she doesn't brief them about her clients. I finally finished the process and sent in my paperwork and now they changed locations without notifying me. My paperwork is lost and they were all originals so I'd have to start the process all over again if they can't find them which they aren't even attempting to do. I call the office every week and they just ask if I can leave a message. Very unorganized I could've done this whole process myself and saved 3,700 dollars needless to say I would never recommend.
