Started out with 1000 dollars, 750 dollars later still no court date nor any type of communication from a soul in that office, please check with other references before settling for these attroneys. They will contact you every month to let you know you owe them money, but not once throughout those weeks will they communicate your case to you. They're only concerned with your money.
I went to them with a solid case and they sat, listened and assured me it was a slam dunk and in the words of Molly, "We will win". But when the answer from the opposing attorney came back all of a sudden, I found myself in a fight for my case! She accused me of filing a "frivolous" lawsuit. REALLY???? Why wasn't I told that before I paid $1000 to file the case. Every time I call or email there seems to be another lawyer from the firm GONE! They withdrew from my case which left me two weeks to find another firm! I was stunned and left with no representation. As a result, I lost everything....again! Please run far, far away from this firm. Not a good choice, even if it is flat fee. You absolutely get what you pay for
Let me begin by stating that this is the most unprofessional law firm I have ever dealt with. I have been paying them 350 a month no to include the deposit for basically nothing. The only time they ever contacted me was to collect a payment . I've had several people supposedly work on my case to actually never ask me any new information, everything they were going off was just from a notepad from my initial consultation. The received a notice about a hearing for my divorce and never gave me the time or location of the courtroom and told me they were going to try to get it dismissed. Mind you that was a Friday and the hearing was on Monday. So I contacted them on Monday to only find out I had to be in court at 9 am but my so called lawyer had another case and wouldn't be there until 2 hrs later. In which he didn't show so they pushed my hearing back until later that afternoon which was a big inconvenience for my ride and myself because they had other obligations. And what makes this worse, is when I told them I no longer needed their services they emailed saying it was all my fault. If you are reading this I advise you to look somewhere else. I believe many of these people lied on the reviews but I not afraid to state otherwise. This firm has done nothing for me but take my money. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND CARE NOTHING ABOUT YOUR CASE.....
These people should not advertise that they are knowledgeable in military divorce. I did all the research and addressed all that needed to be covered because they sure as hell didn't have a clue. They charge by the month and surprisingly every time I sent mail or was to receive mail it got lost in the mail which conveniently drew out the process for another month. This uncontested divorce case lasted for almost a year even though we had already been legally separated and had divided our assets and arranged our own child custody arrangement . And in the end I couldn't even get a copy of the notarized divorce papers. I have to go to the courthouse and pay for them. Worst feeling in the world not knowing if you put your future in competent hands
