Very unprofessional! I didn't want to travel far because of my pain, so I resided here. Worst mistake EVERY! The staff kept asking me for my name every time I came ( annoying). After the second visit I thought they would've recognized me. The lawyer they sent to handle my case (Renae) also unprofessional. The first day I was set up with her she shook my hand, gave me her number and said "call me when you need me".WHAT! She couldn't be serious. Where's the paperwork I have to sign? What are my rights? Just NOTHING! The Doctor is NEVER in. They go to Lunch and NEVER be back on time. They don't call to check up on you. I've been out of their office for 2months they never called me. So I called them for my doctor bills, their response was " whenever the doctor gets around to it" ok so I wait patiently. The 2nd month I called back (which is today) I was just told, the doctor still didn't get to them. I do not take 2months to get paper work done. I just pray I never be in this situation again, if so I wouldn't recommend coming here! BUSINESS is BUSINESS but it seems like they do not know how to handle that,smh.
I have nothing but good thing to say about the Dr office of prime integrative health. The doctors all 3 of them did wonder for me after my automobile accident. The staff was always professional and helpful during my whole ordeal I would tell anyone one who has an accident this would be your best place to go.
Unprofessional!!! Started service in Febuary after an auto accident. Only to get half a** service. They have no stucture, no set amount of visits. All they say is come 3 times a week, (just to pad the bill for the insurance company) only to lay on a old massage table that does NOTHING AT ALL!! I was every left in a room on the table for hours (only was suppose to be 30 mins) only to be told "oh forgot you were back here. ONLY SEEN A DR TWICE!!! So my husband and I decided to stop service and asked to just send out bills to our lawyer. (Mind you we only had 6 sessions) That was done on April 3rd. I was imformed that it would take 15 days!! Here it is the middle of June and still nothing has been sent. I have called every month only to get the run around. I was even told "Oh, we are about to aend it now. The lawyer just called about it." That was in Mayn and still nothing. DONT NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! You'll leave the say way you came in, only diffence is you'll have a Medical Debt.
