Dr M.Phillips seen my daughter and I must say she was the best doc Ive ever came across. She's is very experienced and seems to know everything. Extremely helpful and caring. She is a counselor as well lol jk.. I mean she gives great advice on a personal level. Just a awesome person overall. I would definitely recommend her for your child and for yourself.
Dr. Cheimi and the entire staff has been great with accommodating me and keeping me informed. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
My appt. was @ 9:20, I was being called @ 9:50 for Triage, called for the Dr. @11:15, got a prescription and was called at 12:30, OUT THE DOOR @12:35 p.m. From the time I walked through the door, I could feel the Ambience in the air. I was "TRULY" blown away. The service from the Receptionist was PHENOMINAL. Ms. Virginia, YOU ROCK and Ms. Jessie.
First of all, I AM not a hospital person. I got there at 9:00 a.m.,
Dr. Renee A. Wheeler, is AWESOME. Dr. Wheeler actually take her time with her patients and allow you to ask questions concerning things that you don't know. Examination went extremely GREAT. Dr. Wheeler has a PERSONALITY that ACTUALLY makes you feel WELCOMED and ALWAYS want to keep her as MY PRIMARY DR. I JUST LOVE HER.
My experience at the Ass Yancey Health Center was absolutely a 5 star patient care. Beginning from the receptionist to the nurses and emding with the doctor I was treated professionally, and with friendly manner. The physician Renee Wheeler was amazing! She was very thorough with my examination. I would.absolutly recommend this Grady Clinic again and again. Thank you so much!

The front desk the nurse and even some of doctors are rude even if you have appointment still you need to wait hours beside they took blood of my son for test but they didn't give me result and after three months I got that they lost sample I have changed this center as my being pcp and I don't recommend to anyone else
