Dr Schramm is without a doubt the best Dr I have ever been to. His care and compassion is the perfect bedside manner. I haven't lived in Atlanta in a few years. I now live in NC and I miss him so much.i am actually thinking about driving back to Atanta for visits. He is the BEST!
I have been a patience of Dr. Schramm for years at least 15 years... But lately is The Family Practice Center staff has been just unbearable to work with. Especially the non-doctors like for instance the so called nurses that are supposed to be helpful over the phone, or the receptionist that are very rude... They don't listen when you call and place you on long waits. I called yesterday because I was and am experiencing vertigo and the so called nurse was telling me regardless of me not able to drive that I needed to come into the office and they would work me in. But Dr. Schramm has patience's that are already on his schedule and basically you aren't a patience we are just working you in... Who and Why are you treating his patience's like that... That nurse needs to lose her job very unprofessional. After trying to figure how I could get to the doctor’s office I just said forget it... I will look for another doctor’s office to get treated going forward...I really enjoyed seeing Dr. Schramm a very compassionate doctor and was always on point when diagnosis my medical issues... Even dealing with Lisa Armstrong NP-C was a joy to see when Dr. Schramm wasn’t available. It’s an awful feeling when you have to find a new doctor because of his staff being inconsiderate to his patience’s.
I have been a patient of Dr. Steven Schramm for more than 20 yrs. I am 65+, and I know that I would not be in such good health if it wasn't for Dr. Schramm. He is the best internist and family practice doctor that I have ever experienced. His knowledge of any kind of illness or problem that I ever experienced has been "right on". He is an extremely patient, kind, compassionate and most of all INTELLIGENT doctor here in Atlanta. I have recommended my son, daughter-in-law and a host of other individuals here in Atlanta to go to him. They are all pleased.
I've been a patient of Dr. Schramm for about 25 years and all my parts still work. His education, experience and approach keep me coming back, and I "enjoy" the annual visit (with the exception of a couple of "routine examinations" for a mid-aged guy.)
