After reading some of the reviews I was a bit hesitant about calling the appointment line but since it was 9:30 p.m. I decided to make the call anyway. I got a live person on the line immediately. I was not put on hold. The gentleman on the line was very polite, professional, and sincerely caring. He was patient as he explained the process and was very informative.
I've been here before. I don't like the waiting. If the doctor wants to see you again, per one of the reviews, they are to direct you to the appointment desk and make them aware of the next scheduled appointment. It's always crowded and they hardly ever answer the phone. The last time I was here, the doctors rotated every six months so you had to explain your diagnosis again. That is very annoying. Also if you want to be seen, the best way is to walk in. Not a guarantee but trying to make an appointment is like pulling teeth. You MUST be there before they open at 7:30 am.

I have also been trying to get an appointment,with no luck.I was seen in this facility one time and the doctor wanted to see me back in 3 weeks.Every time i called to make an appointment no one answer the phone.What type of facility is this.
People need help and are referred to this facility. I been trying to book an apt over the phone. No one answers any calls. sad
