Dr. Braswell has an awesome bedside manner. She is extremely knowledgeable, takes time to answer questions, and made me feel comfortable during a stressful and uneasy time. She is also an excellent surgeon and cured me from years of pain.
One thing that I like about Doc is that she will laugh, joke and even play around (Doctor Humor Style) with you on those appointment visits but when it's time to delivery that baby, she means business. Every place has its hiccups from time to time but trust me when I say that Doctor Braswell is that deal! I love Doc, Mechelle (Phlebotomist) and Kendra (Manager).
I went to this office once & I would not recommend it to anyone. The nurse/ medical student was rude. Dr. Braswell asked me with a tone of judgement & sass "Why aren't you on birth control?" I could have walked out right then. People are not on birth control for several reasons. Maybe next time ask "Are you interested in birth control" instead of asking a question using a negative to a grown women & making it sound like an accusation. The 1 star is because the location is good.
Have been trying to make a appointment but the call keeps going to voicemail. I know the office is open. Why can't I get me call answered.
Just called to ask a couple of questions and immediately put on hold . After two minutes of hold time the receptionist answered my questions but in a rushed way . I definitely didn't feel welcomed to even make a future appointment at that office.
