Dr. Harris has gotten it right is so many ways! First of all, when you walk through the door the staff greets you - I personally feel like they have taken the time to remember my name! The short wait is filled with education about your eyes... many things I never knew! Upon being ushered back to the exam room, the attendants are so professional in their demeanor and knowledge, I am never left questioning what's next. They make sure you see them sanitize the instruments your face/person will touch so you never have to wonder if it's clean or not. Most importantly, Dr. Harris (a Harvard Medical School graduate) is superb in character, as well as his knowledge and expertise of the eye. I felt I was in excellent hands while he attended to me, but now I know for certain because of the success of my cataract surgeries early 2015. I have never been able to see without contact lens or glasses since I was born and I am a 56 year old woman! After the surgery on both eyes, I am not wearing contact lens or glasses and that is a miracle! My eyes and brain are still sorting things out, but what a pleasure it is to wake up seeing clearly! It's a pleasure being in the skillful hands of Dr. Eddie Harris and all of this in my own backyard. We have excellent medical care in SW Atlanta - we do not have to go to Buckhead or North Atlanta!
