Dr. Reid has been my doctor for many years! He has always taken his time during my visits, he listens and is ver thorough.
Let's just say this was a complete disaster. After moving from Alabama, I went to Dr. Reid looking for a new doctors in Atlanta. The initial visit was fine, however, everything after that was terrible. They would write me the wrong Rx. I told them what I took and give them my previous doctors info so that they could get me charts. After looking at my charts and even speaking with my old doctor, they still could not get my Rx written correctly. I probably gave them instructions 5 times. Moreover, I received a VM from the practice indicating that they would not fill a Rx that I didn't even take... Totally disorganized and unreliable.
