Used to bring my kids here because of the convenience of being open on the weekend. However the level of professionalism and of everyone other than the doctors is horrible they are never on time for anything the nurses are always rude I requested a shot record 1 week ago that was a 24 to 48 hour turnaround is another week later and it still wasn't done the cleanliness of this place is always subpar at best unless you need to have your child here on a weekend to see the doctor please run the other way oh wait they're not open on Saturdays anymore
This office is ghetto! I used to bring my 5 year old here when he was a baby and I thought this office was okay but now this office is ridiculous! They must only see 4 families a day because they make you wait forever, like over and hour and a half to be seen even 2 hours before and don't walk in at 1030am they will make you come back after 230pm! No one cares in this office! They are walk ins only! What kind of doctors office only does walk ins? They shouldnt even see kids as it's just a ridiculous process, especially when you have twins! I am fed up with this doctor and changed! Last time I came they didn't even have all the shot medications my babies needed and told me to call like 2 weeks later! I don't have time to waste with these people! I can only imagine how people that are really sick suffer going to this clinic! That's why when I did take my kids here for shots and stuff, when they were really sick I would just take them to the children's hospital, because it's easier for them to be seen and get treatment! Sad but true! Beware and don't go here especially if you have little ones!
