The service was awful. There was a young girl working there that had an attitude with no sense of urgency. All she did was walk around and roll her eyes at everyone. The other employees didn't know what to do. I seem like it was their first day on the job. The machines were not working properly and no one knew what to do. Very unprofessional! When trying to change their reputation of Cascade Road, businesses like this MUST do better.
I thought the customer service was fantastic. My car was cleaned very well, even though it was covered in bird poop and had a bug massacre on my front bumper. $30 well spent I would say. I plan on becoming a regular customer.

My son wasted redpop on my car seat. I googled this car wash and decided to give it a try. I am glad I did. They cleaned my seats and brought them back to almost factory color. I did have to wait awhile but, the manager apologized and offered my a free wash on my next visit. They seemed a few people short today. But, overall I am happy!!!!
I called this place prior to visiting to ensure prices because I was going to use a Groupon. We confirmed my appointment with them, providing the type of vehicle I was bringing in for service. I drove 15 miles to get there and they did not have the grade of oil. What was their compromise? If I come back two days later, they would convert my Groupon's oil change and car wash to a full car wash - a four dollar increased value. No thank you. I would spend those four dollars in gas just getting there and back home. I know then that I would never use them.
